SBA The Solicitors’ Charity was founded in 1858 and is focused on solicitors, former solicitors and their dependants who are in personal financial need. In recent years, the charity has distributed over £1m annually in grants and interest-free loans to its beneficiaries.
We are seeking a full-time beneficiary caseworker to support the delivery of our core service. Casework staff are responsible for all aspects of the application process, from initial enquiry to executing award decisions. Direct experience in a client-facing role dealing with people who are experiencing anxiety, mental or physical health problems is essential.
Salary: £34,000-£38,000 depending on experience, with a generous contributory pension scheme and 6 weeks paid annual leave plus public holidays.
